This pillar focuses on supporting and strengthening your FirstGen Society club or chapter through fundraising, event promotion, and social and unity‑building activities. Examples include organizing fundraisers, promoting events, taking on leadership roles, or hosting workshops and seminars for fellow members.

This pillar focuses on serving the broader community and making a positive impact beyond campus. Examples include organizing food drives, joining clean‑up efforts, volunteering at community centers, supporting local schools, or leading awareness campaigns on community issues.

This pillar focuses on personal growth and development, helping first‑generation students build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Examples include attending career or financial workshops, connecting with mentors, or using resources that support well‑being and long‑term success.

This pillar highlights the importance of family support and recognizes the emotional, financial, and moral encouragement that helps first‑generation students succeed. Examples include hosting family appreciation events, creating family resources, or offering mentorship opportunities for younger siblings.
