ABOUT ASPIRE LEADERS PROGRAM

 

FirstGen Society is a partner in the Aspire Leaders Program, a project developed by Aspire Institute, Inc. to empower low-income, first-generation college students worldwide to reach their full potential.

The Aspire Leaders Program welcomes low-income, first-generation college students and recent graduates from around the world to join a free online interactive leadership development journey that is manageable along your other commitments.

KEY PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Opportunities for seed funds and mentoring for community projects
  • Only 3-5 hours per week
  • Professional development workshops co-designed with Harvard Business School career services to help you stand out
  • Masterclasses led by Harvard and other world-class faculty
  • A network of peers and mentors from over 180 countries 
  • Networking, resources, and professional development with the global community continues after the 14 week program
  • Certificates of completion signed by Harvard professors
  

PROGRAM ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY

  • First-generation, low-income college students worldwide
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recently graduated; not enrolled in a postgraduate program
  • 18-29 years old
